Role Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can orchestrate every detail of an event from conception to execution. You'll work closely with BDMs, producers, and creative teams to ensure each event is flawlessly delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute events secured by the BDM, from initial briefing to post-event wrap-up.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, technical) and external vendors to deliver events on time and within budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the event lifecycle, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively provide solutions to maintain high-quality execution.
- Track and report on project progress, budgets, and KPIs.
- Ensure post-event documentation, analysis, and feedback loops are completed for continuous improvement.
