Job Overview:

Seeking a results-driven ERP Project Manager to lead the full implementation of a next-gen AI-powered ERP system replacing Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering Finance, HR, and Procurement, aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance & Planning: Develop and manage the end-to-end project plan, including scope, detailed timelines, budget allocation, and resource planning.
  • Module Implementation: Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of the new ERPFinance,HR, andProcurementmodules, ensuring all business processes are accurately mapped.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement) and external implementation partners or vendors.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Lead critical data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation from D365 to the new ERP.
  • Change Management & Training: Develop a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption, including overseeing user training and post-go-live support.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks (RAID logs) to prevent scope creep and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Facilitate all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards before go-live.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in project management, with at least onefull-lifecycle implementationof Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central).
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of ERP processes inFinance(AP/AR/GL),Human Resources, andProcurement/Supply Chain.
  • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Project, DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
