Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Specialist based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Health Specialist will focus on promoting occupational health and wellness within the organization. Key responsibilities include health promotion initiatives, providing medical and wellness advice, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves engaging in effective communication with team members and other stakeholders to advocate and implement health-related programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in Occupational Health and general health practices to ensure workplace safety and wellness.
• Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Health Promotion to drive healthy lifestyle initiatives and programs.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Health, Medicine, Nursing, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing health-related policies is a plus.
