China State Construction middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact Dubai Municipality projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Drive project performance by meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Provide regular project status updates, including financial reporting, to stakeholders
- Identify future capacity and capability needs for effective project planning
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor performance against targets and proactively manage risks and opportunities
- Deliver presentations and briefings to senior management and implement feedback
- Manage client expectations with a professional and solution-oriented approach
- Develop and execute project schedules, work plans, and implementation strategies
- Apply project management methodologies to ensure alignment across teams
- Oversee project operations, team staffing, and budget control
- Coordinate with stakeholders on policy documentation and vendor management
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives
- Manage project handovers, ensuring smooth and snag-free completion
- Track critical paths and analyze planned vs. actual progress to take corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 20+ years in civil infrastructure experiences
- Minimum 10 years leading Dubai Municipality Projects
- Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
