We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of premium villa developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality luxury residential projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage villa construction projects from inception to handover
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulations
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Manage procurement processes and contractor performance
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10-15 years in construction, with a focus on villa, townhouse or residential projects
- Proven track record in delivering luxury or high-end developments
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP certification is an advantage
