We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and risks while ensuring project objectives are achieved within budget and schedule.

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and prepare executive status reports
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and quality standards
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews
• Manage vendor and client communications
• Ensure successful project delivery and user acceptance

• Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Stakeholder Management
• Risk Management
• Budget & Resource Planning
• Microsoft Project/Jira
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and team management
• Strong documentation skills

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
