Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, Safe, Spotify or equivalent preferred
Skills
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with card processing systems, payment networks, and card issuance technologies
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Responsibilities
- Strong background and extensive experience of managing and understanding Payment Services projects
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for both Issuing and Acquiring projects.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Identify and assess project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Provide regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders and management.
- Support the management of pilot initiatives within the IT Production Operations functions
- Able to coach multiple project teams/squads /Drives Programs to completion using cross-functional project management best practices
- Increases visibility of metrics and KPIs across interdependent teams
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex programs of work according to the normal principles of time, budget, and scope
- Develops robust program and project plans; manages the delivery of quality deliverables and report on expenditure, activities, timelines, impacts and implications to Stakeholders
- Identifies, implements, and monitors controls to mitigate key risks across change programs
