We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Manager to join our dynamic PMO team. In this role, you will support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Monitor project performance and report on milestones, risks, and issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance and project delivery frameworks
- Contribute to stakeholder communication and project documentation
- Support contract discussions and translate requirements into actionable plans
- Help drive continuous improvement in project management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Vendor management experience is a plus
- Exposure to public sector projects or government systems is a plus
