Project Manager E-Invoicing

Job Title: E-Invoicing Project Manager (Retail)

We are seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Project Manager with a strong background in retail to lead and deliver large-scale e-invoicing and regulatory compliance programmes across the UAE and Oman.

This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including regulatory discovery, solution selection, ERP integrations, testing, rollout, and post go-live compliance. The successful candidate will ensure robust financial governance and full regulatory compliance while working cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Technology teams, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and a proven track record of managing complex e-invoicing initiatives within retail environments. You will drive process standardisation, streamline invoicing operations, and enable operational excellence across multiple business units.

• 8+ years project management experience; 3+ years leading tax/e-invoicing, finance transformation, ERP or compliance projects.
• Experience with integrations to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and middleware/APIs.
• Strong understanding of e-invoicing concepts, invoice standards (XML/UBL/JSON), digital signatures and exchange flows.
• Hands-on experience with test planning, data mapping, reconciliation and production cutovers.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management with Finance, Tax, IT and external regulators/vendors.
• Willingness to travel between UAE and Oman as required.
