Role Overview
We are looking for an EdTech Project Manager who will lead the development and execution of our learning modules and educational content within the Dandelion Civilization platform.
This role requires a rare blend of project ownership, instructional design understanding, product thinking, and the ability to turn complex requirements into structured, actionable delivery plans.

Gamified Soft-Skills Assessment
- Modules measuring cognitive flexibility, communication style, judgment, and behavioral tendencies.
Self-Pitching

Final Interview
- Discussion with the founder and executive team about expertise and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret assessment results and provide clear HR conclusions
- Advise on hiring decisions, competency fit, and candidate potential
- Support refinement of job requirements and evaluation criteria
- Participate in interviews and selection processes
- Ensure fairness and consistency of assessment standards
- Provide expert input on improving methodologies and product functionality
Requirements
- 35+ years of experience in EdTech project management, product management, or digital learning platforms development.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex digital educational products.
- Strong understanding of competency-based learning or assessment frameworks.
- Experience working with engineering teams, writing feature requirements, and prioritizing backlogs.
- Familiarity with gamified learning, interactive simulations, or behaviorally driven content.
- Excellent communication and process-organizational skills; ability to structure ambiguity into clarity.
- Advanced English (C1) or higher.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Nice to Have
- Background in digital educational projects, learning platforms, or LMS.
- Experience working with HRTech, EdTech SaaS, or talent development ecosystems.
- Understanding of soft-skills frameworks, behavioral assessment, or competency maps.
- Experience in data-informed product iteration (A/B tests, impact measurement, engagement analytics).
- Ability to contribute to long-term learning strategy, curriculum roadmaps, or content architecture.
