Project Manager (Event Technology)

Role Summary

You'll be the primary bridge between our clients, our in-house talent, & external suppliers . Your mission is to nurture long-term relationships, understand each client's brand goals, and translate them into actionable briefs the team can deliveron time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Coordinate with fabricators, AV suppliers.
• Present concepts, timelines, and budgets; handle scope changes diplomatically.
• Lead the content mockup stage with the support of the design team.
• Oversee internal deadlines, updates, and changes from the client during the development stage.
• Arrange logistics of hardware and personnel.
• Arrange on-site quality tests on all tech integrations (RFID, AR/VR, LED walls, etc.)
• Be able to multi-task multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time

Qualifications & Experience

• 13 yrs in project management within events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production.
• Proven track record delivering complex, tech-heavy projects (apps, interactive games, holograms, etc.)
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or related field. PMP or Prince2 a plus.
