Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Riyadh. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events and exhibition projects, including live events, activations, and engagement programs. Responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, and budgets, executing, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The role involves managing logistics, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement in processes and client service.

This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery, meeting both client expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including designers, suppliers, and technicians.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to for each event
• Supervise all on-site activities to ensure smooth operations and handle any unexpected issues.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback.
• Experience with expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
• Good knowledge of how to read technical drawings, processes, timelines, and arrange all project needs & requirements in alignment with other departments and clients.
• Leadership skills to lead an indirect team to deliver the project requirements on time with the quality standards.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to organize resources, transportation, and on-site operations for events and activations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, events management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, ideally within events, experiential marketing, or brand activation environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site at events, exhibitions, and activations, with flexibility to work extended hours when project needs require.
