Job Title: Project Manager-F&B

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a hands-on attitude to spearhead the comprehensive revamp of an existing cafe, including brand repositioning, menu design, interior fit-out, and the establishment of new processes for both front and back-office operations.Â
The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in developing a franchise book to facilitate future expansions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a detailed project plan outlining key milestones and timelines for the cafe revamp, franchise book creation, and subsequent expansions.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including chefs, recruiters, designers, and other professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Menu and Branding Development: Oversee the redesign of the cafeâs menu and branding, ensuring alignment with industry trends, customer preferences, and the overall business strategy.
- Interior Fit-Out: Coordinate with designers and contractors to execute a visually appealing and functional interior fit-out that enhances the overall cafe experience.
- Process Improvement: Implement efficient front and back-office processes, optimizing workflow, and enhancing customer service and operational effectiveness.
- Franchise Book Creation: Develop a comprehensive franchise book that encompasses all aspects of the cafeâs operations, serving as a guide for potential franchisees.
- Resource Sourcing: Demonstrate resourcefulness in sourcing high-quality suppliers, chefs, and other essential elements for the successful execution of the project.
- Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality, from menu items to interior design and operational processes.
- Budget Management: Work within defined budgets, tracking expenses and making strategic decisions to ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project.
- Training and Development: Oversee the training of staff on new processes, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent delivery of the cafeâs offerings.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of cafe operations, menu development, and interior design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to work within budgets and meet project deadlines.
- Resourcefulness in identifying and engaging with high-quality suppliers and professionals.
- Must be based in Lebanon for the duration of the project.
