Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in Fit-Out Projects, located in Heliopolis. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, including planning, managing resources, coordinating logistics, and ensuring quality and timeliness. Responsibilities include handling project management tasks such as scheduling, stakeholder communication, expediting processes, inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Project Management with proven skills in planning, organization, and execution of fit-out projects.
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor operations to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
• Expertise in Inspection processes and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of Logistics Management to ensure seamless coordination between vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing fit-out or construction projects is highly desirable.
