The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale hospitality projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or Tier 1 fit-out contractor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and manage all aspects of hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications, codes, and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
- Manage contracts, procurement, and coordination with multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and risks proactively to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability standards on site.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in project management, ideally within PMC or Tier 1 fit-out for hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and fit-out standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
