Position: Project Manager Data Center
Yearly Salary: AED 120,000 - AED 240,000 (based on experience)
Location: UAE
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, safety compliance, and quality assurance from initiation through handover.
Industry: Data Center / Infrastructure / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of data center projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Civil, MEP, IT, Security) ensuring effective coordination.
- Oversee risk management, project resource allocation, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate communication among consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, building codes, and company standards.
- Control procurement, contract administration, and budget management.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project delivery.
- Maintain strict adherence to HSE protocols and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- 810 years managing large-scale construction or data center projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, IT infrastructure, and data center facilities.
- Proven track record in vendor, stakeholder, and risk management.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and HSE regulations.
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management software.
