Summary
This role involves leading the project team from initiation to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. The project manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of the project, managing resources, coordinating team members and consultants, maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs and expenditures, resolving issues and risks, and ensuring adherence to project methodology. The role also includes visiting project sites, optimizing performance, setting realistic deadlines, and delivering projects according to a standardized management framework while enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring the project
- Ensure the project objectives are in alignment with the project
- Identify resources needed to complete the project and assign individual responsibilities to project team members
- Review and manage all project documentation, status reports, and statistics for administration and regulatory purpose
- Review and implement process manuals, best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and required quality
- Monitor adherence to project methodology to provide quality results
- Visit project sites to evaluate progress, identify challenges and resolve issues
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction
- Perform regular project analysis by monitoring KPIs, stakeholder requirements, tracking expenditures, milestones for performance optimization
- Escalate or resolve issues/risks by Initiating corrective action in a timely manner
- Set realistic deadlines and communicate them consistently to the project teams
- Review, assess and evaluate execution and outcome of the project and make recommendations
- Deliver projects according to a standardized project management framework, pre-determined timelines and budget
Education:
Bachelor's Degree plus Project related courses/certificate.
Experience
7 years of project related experience out of which 2 years managing projects. Have a background in healthcare (preferably with clinical background nursing/medical/allied healthcare). Candidates should have previous experience in hospital management
