Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and experienced SeniorProject Manager to oversee the execution of high-rise tower projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecyclefrom inception to completionensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project operations from start to finish.
- Lead and manage the project team effectively.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure strict project control.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with the project plan.
- Record, track, and escalate project issues when necessary.
- Manage project scope and change controls efficiently.
- Monitor overall project progress and performance.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
- Review technical drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage tendering processes and review contract conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry (interiors and civil works).
- Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
- Comprehensive understanding of all construction processes.
