Project Manager

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ultimate Project Accountability: Lead the entire project lifecycle from initial mobilization through physical execution to successful handover, taking full responsibility for profit margins, quality, and timelines.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between client executives, consultants, and corporate directors to resolve commercial, legal, or operational blockers.
• Contract & Risk Governance: Approve the master baseline schedule, manage high-value variations, sign off on monthly client invoices, and mitigate project-wide contractual and financial risks.
• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and evaluate the performance of senior site staff (Construction Managers, Leads, and Section Engineers) to ensure a cohesive execution team.

Simplified Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 12+ years of total experience in construction contracting, with at least 5 years explicitly running projects as a Project Manager in Egypt.
• Key Skills: Strong managerial personality, excellent command of English, and solid knowledge of project budgeting and contract management.
