Role Overview
A luxury design studio currently delivering multiple high-end residential projects across Dubai is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team. With a new office opening in April and multiple live projects underway, this is a hands-on role suited to someone with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can seamlessly bridge the gap between design intent and on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of multiple live luxury residential projects simultaneously, ranging from 7,500 to 25,000 sq ft
- Review, check, and coordinate shop drawings, ensuring accuracy against design intent before and during on-site implementation
- Manage the full procurement process, including BOQs, material costing, and vendor coordination
- Attend and contribute to client meetings alongside the design team, providing project updates and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaise closely with contractors on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and the firm's quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, flagging risks and resolving issues proactively
- Coordinate across internal teams, including designers, ensuring smooth handover of information and timely decision-making
Requirements
- 37 years of project management experience within an interior design and build firm
- Proven track record delivering luxury high-end residential projects, specifically high-end villas
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read, interpret, and correct construction and shop drawings
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and construction material costing
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with clients and contractors alike
- Ambitious, proactive, and solutions-oriented someone who takes ownership and drives things forward
- At least 3+ years of experience working on projects in the UAE
