Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Concur Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and APAC, so flexibility to work across multiple time zones is essential.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Concur implementation Project Management experience (Mandatory).
• Successfully delivered at least one or more end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP Concur Expense
• SAP Concur Travel
• SAP Concur Invoice (preferred)
• Experience managing global implementations across multiple regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
• Drive workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and production deployment.
• Coordinate post-go-live support and project closure activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Concur with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, or Workday.
• Knowledge of expense management, travel management, and finance processes.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
