Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and leadership-drivenProject Manager Interior Fit-Outto join our team in Dubai.

This role will be responsible for overseeing theplanning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects across the GCC, ensuring projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and in line with approved designs, quality standards, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience incommercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate fit-out projects, with the ability to manage stakeholders, contractors, and consultants while ensuring smooth project delivery fromconcept through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage interior fit-out projects fromproject award through completion and handover.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules, and resource planning.
  • Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Coordinate all project phases includingdesign development, technical documentation, site execution, and final delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and deliverables align with project objectives.

Design & Technical Coordination

  • Work closely withdesign teams, engineers, and consultantsto translate design concepts into technical and construction-ready packages.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance withUAE authority requirements and project specifications.

Tendering & Procurement

  • Manage tendering processes includingBOQs, technical submissions, RFP responses, and contractor evaluations.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate contractor proposals and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Site & Construction Management

  • Conduct regularsite inspections and progress reviews.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical, operational, or scheduling challenges.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure fit-out works meetapproved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain compliance withlocal building codes, authority regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee snagging processes and ensure timely rectification before project handover.

Project Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation includingcontracts, approvals, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to senior management.
  • Ensure proper coordination with internal teams and project stakeholders.

Business Development Support

  • Support business development initiatives withtechnical input for proposals and project presentations.
  • Assist in preparingtechnical documentation for new project opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inArchitecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such asPMP or equivalentare an advantage.

Experience

  • 710 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Proven experience managingcommercial, retail, hospitality, or workplace fit-out projects.
  • Strong experience working withcontractors, consultants, and developers across the GCC.
  • Familiarity withtendering platforms and procurement processes within the region.

  • Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools
  • Fluency inEnglish; Arabic is an advantage
