• Responsibilities

A Fitout Project Manager is responsible for :

Managing and overseeing complex fitout projects from start to finish. In addition to the responsibilities of a Fitout Project Manager.

Mentoring and leading project teams: As a senior manager, the Fitout Projects Manager may be responsible for mentoring and leading junior project managers and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

Developing and implementing project management processes: The Fitout Projects Manager may be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes and best practices to ensure that projects are managed effectively and efficiently.

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders: The Fitout Projects Manager must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the industry to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.

Identifying and managing complex project risks: The Fitout Projects Managermust have the ability to identify and manage complex project risks and to implement contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations: The Fitout Projects Manager must ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations, and that all safety, quality, and environmental considerations are taken into account.

Bachelor&aposs Degree of Architectural or equivalent experience
