About the job:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance and execution of projects in line with approved plans. The role ensures that objectives are achieved within the defined timelines and budget. It requires the ability to manage resources, track project progress, and enhance coordination and efficiency across teams and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, scheduling, and execution of project plans.
• Manage project scope and control cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate with various departments and assign tasks accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports and present them to management.
• Identify and manage project risks and contribute to process improvement.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
