A leading fit-out company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and client-focused professional to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished project manager with strong communication skills, excellent client-facing ability, and a proven track record of delivering commercial fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
- Manage site teams and provide leadership to project engineers and site managers.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide detailed project updates and reports.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project performance.
- Ensure a high standard of finish and client satisfaction on all delivered projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 810 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Proven experience delivering commercial interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Currently living in Dubai (essential).
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly professional, presentable, and well-organised.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
