Building Contractor
Role Overview
We are retained by a leading UAE building contractor to appoint a Project Manager for high-rise residential tower developments across Dubai. This is a senior delivery role for someone who has owned a project from mobilisation through to handover, operating within a main contracting environment and holding current G+Unlimited accreditation.
Requirements
- G+Unlimited structural category accreditation with the Dubai Municipality non-negotiable
- Minimum 8 years experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in the UAE
- Proven track record delivering high-rise residential towers (G+20 and above) as the lead PM on the contractor side
- Strong command of programme management, subcontractor coordination, and authority submission processes
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through to final completion and handover
- Own the master programme, identifying critical path, float, and recovery strategies as required
- Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and consultant interfaces on site
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or relevant authority requirements throughout the project
- Chair progress meetings and produce regular reporting for senior management and the client
- Monitor project budget, variations, and cost control in coordination with the commercial team
- Enforce HSE standards and maintain a safe working environment across all site activities
- Manage the NOC and authority approval process from design stage through to completion certificate
