Senior Project Manager – Data Centres (Design Consultancy)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 55,000–60,000 per month

Working Week: Monday – Friday

An award-winning international engineering and design consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its Dubai office, specialising in the delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects.

Although the title is Senior Project Manager, this is a highly design-focused position, making it ideal for someone with a strong architectural or engineering design background who has transitioned into Design or Project Management. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex Data Centre projects from inception to completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, quality and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations and programme requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic project direction.

Requirements

• Strong background within a design consultancy environment, ideally Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience managing projects from concept through to completion.
• Proven Data Centre project experience is essential, with at least one full project delivered from start to finish.
• Previous experience in a Design Manager or Project Manager capacity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Around 7–8+ years experience will be considered for exceptional candidates with extensive Data Centre exposure.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred but not essential.

Package

• Salary of AED 55,000–60,000 per month, depending on experience.
