Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver Design & Construction fit-out and construction projects across the Jetex network. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, technical knowledge, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage projects from early concept and design through permitting, construction, commissioning, and close-out.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, aligned with design intent, and compliant with brand standards and regulatory requirements. The role offers exposure to high-profile developments within a fast-paced, international environment.

Job Duties & Accountabilities

Define project scope, timelines, and execution plans with stakeholders

Manage projects end to end, from design through construction, commissioning, and handover

Coordinate consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance

Lead contractor procurement, contract administration, and site coordination

Monitor progress, quality, safety, budget, and schedule, resolving issues as they arise

Control project budgets, forecasts, variations, and payments

Serve as the main point of contact and provide regular updates to senior management

Oversee project close-out and handover documentation

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing design and construction projects

Skill Set

Proven experience delivering fit-out, renovation, or capital construction projects

Strong knowledge of design processes, building systems, and construction methodologies

Solid understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements

Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
