Project Manager – Data & Financial Modelling Riyadh | Fintech & Payments

We're hiring a Project Manager for a fintech and payments company in Riyadh.

Important: this is an analytical role first, project management second. You'll be pulling large volumes of data, structuring it, and building financial models that senior management uses to make decisions. Delivery sits on top of that.

What you'd be doing

• Building financial models and analysis that support commercial and operational decisions
• Supporting business cases with data analysis and research
• Delivering assigned projects and process changes end to end
• Drafting specs around financial flows in operational and accounting systems
• Setting up project governance, reporting and templates
• Leading change management for adoption of new processes and tools
• Working across Commercial, Finance, Operations and Merchant Services, reporting up to senior management

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in project management
• Strong financial modelling and structured data analysis
• Advanced Excel
• SQL, MicroStrategy, Power BI or similar
• Ability to specify financial flows in operational or accounting systems
• Fluent English
• Riyadh-based or able to work on-site in Riyadh

Preferred

• Fintech, payments, banking or financial services background
• PMP
• Salesforce
• Master's in economics or project management
