Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. Daily tasks include managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, as well as ensuring deliverables meet specified criteria and deadlines. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, troubleshooting challenges, and driving efficiency to meet project goals.

Job Description:

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for client, providing regular project updates and
  • managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director and creative team to create detailed project
  • timelines, define deliverables, and set realistic milestones.
  • Locate the necessary resources and team members for each project, ensuring the
  • appropriate talent is assigned to tasks based on their expertise.
  • Lead internal project kick-off meetings to ensure all team members are aligned on
  • scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Translate client requirements into clear and actionable creative briefs for the design
  • and production teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third parties: Organize and manage external vendors,
  • printers, and production partners as needed for specific project deliverables (e.g.,
  • printed materials, photography, etc.).
  • Track project expenditures and ensure that work is completed within budget
  • constraints, flagging any potential budget issues to the Senior Account Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as all internal teams
  • across the org
  • Support the Senior Account Director in preparing status reports, presentations for
  • clients, and internal project updates.
  • Recognize opportunities and areas for growth for existing clients, and work with senior
  • account leadership to develop strategies on how to sell through corresponding solution
  • After project completion, participate in post-project evaluations and team debriefs to
  • identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Proactively inform the Senior Account Manager and clients of any potential delays,
  • issues, or changes to the scope of the project.

Experience Required:

  • 25 years of experience working with, and/or leading creative and client services teams, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines, coordinate workflows, and support team performance in agency or studio environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization, prioritization, and quality under shifting timelines and client needs.
  • Experience managing direct client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, overseeing communications, managing expectations, and ensuring a high standard of client service throughout project lifecycles.
  • Experience working in branding, including exposure to brand strategy, visual identity systems, and brand application across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review deliverables, documentation, and timelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Excellent English communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with confidence preparing presentations, emails, timelines, and internal documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Monday, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Slack, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving workflows and systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Be currently living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Be self-employed and have a working visa, able to be contracted full-time by &LANA.
  • Able to start immediately or within a 2-3 week window from hiring date.
