Our client a leading contracting company is seeking to hire a highly driven and execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of residential building projects (G+4) within a reputed contracting company. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution across timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will bring strong site control, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to proactively manage day-to-day construction operations.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline

5 years of relevant construction experience

Mandatory: Proven experience managing G+4 residential projects in the UAE

Strong familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes

Technical Capabilities

Strong command over drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Hands-on experience in project planning and execution

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Core Competencies

Effective communication and reporting ability

Ability to manage multiple site challenges in a contracting environment
