Title: Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience: Utility sector experience — mandatory

Salary Range: 25K QAR / Annum

Key Skills & Experience:

• A relevant full-time degree; a Master's degree in a computing discipline is preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing software and business-oriented projects in a complex environment within the Utilities industry.
• Demonstrated experience delivering under a fixed-price or outcome-based managed-services contract with contractual SLAs.
• Experience operating within a public-sector or government-owned client governance environment; State of Qatar experience is an advantage.
• IT project / delivery management, hybrid onsite-offshore delivery, SLA-governed managed services, PMP or PRINCE2, utility sector
• Azure DevOps — boards, backlogs, sprints, dashboards and delivery traceability (the client's primary ALM platform per the requirement specification clarification response).
• Primavera, Unifier and MS Planner exposure for interface with the client project estate.
• Reporting and analysis in Power BI and the MS Office suite.

Certifications

• Formal project management certification is mandatory: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Agile delivery certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent) is preferred given the hybrid-agile delivery model.
• ITIL Foundation is desirable for the service-transition interface.
