Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Majed Harasani Architects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and coordination processes are effectively managed. The role involves working closely with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors, maintaining project progress, and ensuring that design intent and quality standards are upheld throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project timelines
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of construction processes and project workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Saudi citizenship is preffered
