We are seeking a Project Manager with strong marketing expertise to lead projects related to card & ticketing services, revenue collection, AFC system performance, and passenger information within Dubai's Rail Operations. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience through effective marketing strategies, clear passenger communication, and continuous improvement of fare systems.
Key responsibilities include developing and promoting fare structures, coordinating revenue-related activities, supporting AFC upgrades, analyzing ridership and revenue data, and ensuring accurate, timely passenger information across all channels. You will design and deliver marketing campaigns, oversee multi-channel communication, assess campaign effectiveness, and ensure all messaging aligns with RTA's branding and customer-experience objectives.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Must have experience in a Transportation related sector
Must have minimum 8 years of experience
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and project management skills, and proven capability in marketing, customer communication, or transport-related projects.
