We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with Big 4 consulting pedigree and extensive hands-on experience delivering CRM transformation programs across multiple industries (Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telco, Public Sector, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementations and upgrades (Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Oracle CX, etc.)
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality across complex, multi-stream projects
- Drive requirement workshops, solution design, and CRP/SIT/UAT phases
- Implement best-practice Agile (Scrum/SAFe) or Hybrid delivery frameworks
- Coordinate with onshore/client teams and offshore development/delivery centers
- Produce high-quality client-facing deliverables (status reports, steering decks, RAID logs) following Big 4 standards
- Support presales activities, effort estimation, and proposal development when required
Requirements
- Prior Big 4 consulting background is mandatory
- Delivered at least 34 full life-cycle CRM implementations across different industries
- Platform expertise in one or more: Salesforce (must have certifications Admin, PD1/PD2, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred), Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Oracle CX, Pega, or Siebel
- Strong Agile expertise; Scrum Master or SAFe certification highly desirable
