Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – ICT / ELV / Telecom to lead the successful delivery of technology infrastructure projects from planning and execution through to testing, commissioning, and client handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management.
• Oversee the deployment of ELV/ICT systems, including Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PA/VA, AV, and Telecom infrastructure.
• Supervise contractors and system integrators to ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements.
• Lead site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning, and final client handover.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage variation orders.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing ICT, ELV, and Telecom projects, preferably within commercial or infrastructure developments.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of active and passive networks and ELV/ICT systems.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, Primavera P6/MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
