ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder education and training programs. This role exists to ensure that ambitious ideas and commitments translate into real-world delivery, measurable outcomes, and trusted client relationships.
This is not a purely technical or back-office project role. The Project Manager will be deeply involved in day-to-day execution, client communication, operational decision-making, and problem-solving. You will act as the connective tissue between clients, internal teams, partners, and vendors ensuring that projects move forward with clarity, discipline, and accountability.
Success in this role requires someone who takes personal responsibility for delivery, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from initiation through closure
Translate project objectives and scope into detailed execution plans, timelines, and milestones
Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams including content, technology, and operations
Ensure delivery is aligned with agreed timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks
Operational Execution & Control
Drive day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams and vendors
Plan and manage schedules, resources, and workloads
Monitor budgets, timelines, and delivery risks proactively
Ensure operational readiness for pilots, launches, and go-lives
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate internal teams across learning design, technology, operations, and support
Manage external vendors, partners, and service providers
Ensure accountability to deliverables, SLAs, and agreed timelines
School Outreach & Program Activation
Support planning and coordination of school outreach, onboarding, and activation activities
Work closely with schools to align program delivery with academic calendars, schedules, and operational constraints
Coordinate with school leadership, counselors, and coordinators to ensure smooth implementation and engagement
Support communication, training sessions, and rollout activities for school stakeholders
Track school-level adoption, participation, and feedback, and escalate risks impacting program uptake
Act as a bridge between schools and internal teams to resolve operational or execution challenges
