Role Summary
The Project Manager ensures the company operates efficiently by enhancing business processes, and supporting leadership with accurate performance insights. This role drives strategic initiatives, supports execution across departments, and ensures alignment between business goals and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Governance & Performance Management
- Build and maintain governance structures that support organizational effectiveness.
- Map, document, and enhance core business processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Define SLAs, escalation paths, and process ownership across departments.
- Oversee the KPI framework and maintain performance dashboards for leadership.
- Provide structured reporting and insights to support fast, data-driven decision-making.
- Develop operational templates, guidelines, and playbooks for consistent execution.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Research and analyze new markets, opportunities, and potential partners.
- Build business and financial models (e.g., pricing, ROI, market entry).
- Develop proposals, strategic recommendations, and decision memos for leadership and the Board.
- Lead alignment and collaboration across functions for approved strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with PMO and Operations to track project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy, or business operations.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and process optimization.
- Experience in building KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial and business models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
