NEXT GCC is a growing experiential agency delivering live events, exhibitions, and brand experiences across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our Operations team and support the successful delivery of multiple projects.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from handover through completion. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, procurement, and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support and lead on-site event delivery when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management within live events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or entertainment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, logistics, and operational planning.
• Budget management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management software is an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken). Arabic is an advantage
