We are looking for a Project Manager based in Riyadh to lead our local expansion and integrate our cutting-edge AI technology into the region's most ambitious enterprises and giga-projects.

This is a high-impact, high-stakes role for a professional with 36 years of experience who thrives in Riyadh's rapidly evolving tech ecosystem. You will be the bridge between our global engineering hubs and our Saudi partners, leading:

• National-Scale Rollouts: Deploying AI hiring solutions for government entities and major private sector players.
• Vision 2030 Integrations: Aligning AI platform capabilities with the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP).
• Localized Operational Excellence: Navigating local compliance and data residency requirements (SDAIA/NDMO).
• Product Roadmap: Ensuring our technical sprints support the specific needs of the Saudi labor market.

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to hand-off using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Saudi-based partners and executive leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks and navigate the nuances of the local regulatory landscape.
• Agile Coordination: Manage daily stand-ups and sprint reviews with distributed teams in London, Dubai, and Madrid.
• KPI Reporting: Maintain transparent, high-level dashboards to track project health and ROI for the executive board.

• Experience: 36 years in Tech/SaaS Project Management, preferably with experience in the KSA market.
• Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English/Arabic (essential but not mandatory).
• Mindset: Highly adaptable and resilient, with a deep respect for Saudi business culture and a builder mentality.
• Tech Stack: Mastery of Jira, Monday.com, or Slack/Asana.
• Education: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
