Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Project management of Nippon Paint's Spalling Concrete Solution (CRR) which includes: Training and Audit, Manpower Management, P&L management of Nippon Paint Spalling Concrete, Revenue, Cost and Margin analysis and accountability.

2. Liaise with partner companies/contractors/HDB on all CRR matters.

3. Presentation to HDB and key stakeholders for all CRR matters.

4. Work with Technical Department on product testing, certification and other technical matters.

5. Work with Procurement Department on product purchases, shipment and delivery.

6. Reports directly to Deputy General Manager, provide regular updates on training, audit, manpower matters, site situation & progress, and other CRR matters.

7. Undertake other job functions as and when assigned based on project needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2. Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license and owns a car for work commuting

3. At least 8 years experience as a Project Manager with a local Main contractor or major subcontractors

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all stakeholders.

5. Versed in construction site works and able to manage blue collar workers.
