About the RolePTC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the relocation of a 132kV overhead transmission line segment in the Arar region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in transmission line projects and proven capability in managing construction, coordination, and execution with utility stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full project lifecycle for the 132kV OHTL relocation scope.
- Lead planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site execution.
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee design reviews, surveys, and route modification requirements.
- Manage contractors, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, and stakeholders for permits & approvals.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, cost, and timeline.
- Implement risk management and quality controls across all activities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years experience in transmission line construction projects.
- Proven experience with 132kV or above OHTL projects (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SEC standards and project procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
