Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will act as the key focal point for assigned projects, bridging the gap between business goals, clients, and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Act as the primary focal point for all assigned projects.
- Project Initiation: Manage project initiation and kick-off meetings with stakeholders and all responsible parties.
- Requirements Management: Organize the collection of project requirements and follow up on the creation of the requirements document.
- Detailed Planning: Create comprehensive project plans that encompass all activities for all involved stakeholders.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure project outcomes directly align with overall business goals.
- Agile Scheduling: Ensure client requirements are well-defined, estimated, and accurately scheduled into the Agile timeline.
- Progress Monitoring: Implement follow-up and monitoring protocols to ensure the project progresses as planned.
- Performance Tracking: Track short- and long-term project performance metrics to determine overall achievement and velocity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business.
- 1-3 years in similar role.
- Experience in fintech is highly preferred.
- Preferred certification in: PMP,PMI.
- Strong ability to gather technical/business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
