Project Manager
Role Overview:
To be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with coverage across the Middle East (ME), the Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and renovation projects across airport lounges, hospitality assets, and F&B outlets.
The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with PPG standards, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept/design stage through to execution and handover.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across lounges, hotels, and F&B outlets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion in line with agreed schedules.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to support project planning and new business initiatives.
- Oversee tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
Construction & Site Management
- Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual obligations, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Supervise project execution on-site and ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with landlords, consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong network and database of contractors and suppliers across the region.
- Ensure consistent implementation of PPG design and operational standards.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to senior management.
- Gather and analyze project data to assess progress, performance, and effectiveness.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, permits, and licensing processes across KSA and MEA.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reporting, and governance standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Global Project Director and/or EMEA Associate Project Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management within construction, hospitality, or F&B environments.
- Proven experience delivering projects in the Middle East (preferably Saudi Arabia).
- Strong experience in managing fit-out and construction projects, particularly in hospitality, airport lounges, or F&B outlets.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop is an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
- Knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera, MS Projects) is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong understanding of local regulations, authority approvals, and licensing processes in KSA and other Middle East countries.
