We are seeking a Project Manager (Dubai, UAE) to oversee projects from post-sales through to handover. This role involves managing logistics, planning and coordination of materials and people, on-site supervision, and responding to technical inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage installations on site for our scopes of work.
- Supervise and support installation crew, warehouse staff and other office personnel.
- Ensure alignment and communication across teams and other functions.
- Review, interpret and apply design and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Provide technical guidance, trouble shooting and resolving onsite issues.
- Plan and coordinate site works including liaising with main contractors, sub-contractors and consultant.
- Coordinate inspections with relevant parties and handle the handover procedures.
About You
- A degree in engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in site engineering within construction, landscaping, surfacing or playground equipment.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and liaise confidently with contractors, engineers, architects etc.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to read, interpret and analyse construction drawings.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the GCC.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- A valid UAE driver's licence.
