Project Manager 33/13.8kV Secondary SubstationsWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the design, procurement, and construction of 33/13.8kV secondary substation buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project lifecycle from concept design through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage and coordinate design development in compliance with SEC standards and international codes.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Oversee procurement, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Control project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on-time completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with PMP certification.
- Minimum 15 years experience in managing HV/MV substation projects (13.8kV, 33kV or higher).
- Proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of SEC standards and procedures.
- Solid technical knowledge of substation design, construction, and commissioning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
