2) Role Overview

We are recruiting a Project Manager – IDC Hardware Facilities for IDC infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

This role focuses on hardware facilities within IDC and data center environments, including technical coordination, infrastructure alignment, implementation support, and project execution collaboration.

The Project Manager will work closely with SolutionMall teams to ensure that IDC hardware facilities — especially key supporting infrastructure and equipment inside data center environments — are properly designed, coordinated, and aligned with project and site requirements.

Typical project scope includes:

• IDC / data center hardware facilities
• Rack systems and cabinet infrastructure
• Power and supporting electrical facilities inside IDC environments
• Cooling-related supporting hardware infrastructure
• Cabling and physical infrastructure support systems
• Supporting facilities for modular and standard data center deployment

3) Key Responsibilities

Technical Coordination & Requirement Support

• Support clarification of customer requirements related to IDC hardware facilities
• Assist in translating project needs into structured and practical infrastructure solutions
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, compatibility, and implementation readiness

IDC Hardware Facilities Alignment

Review and support the design and coordination of:

• Rack systems and cabinet infrastructure
• Supporting power facilities
• Cooling-related supporting facilities
• Cabling and physical infrastructure
• Other supporting hardware systems related to IDC deployment

Ensure alignment between:

• IT equipment (servers, storage, network systems)
• Supporting hardware facilities inside the IDC environment

Cross-Team Communication

Act as a coordination bridge between:

• Local project teams in Saudi Arabia
• Customers and project stakeholders
• SolutionMall technical and solution teams

Support communication during:

• Pre-sales technical discussions
• Solution clarification
• Project execution and delivery phases

Project Execution Support

Assist in tracking deployment and coordination of:

• IDC hardware facilities
• Rack and cabinet systems
• Supporting power and cooling infrastructure
• Related physical support systems

Support on-site coordination when required

Identify and help mitigate risks related to:

• Infrastructure readiness
• System integration
• Site conditions
• Project delivery coordination

Market & Technical Feedback

Provide insights into regional project practices, implementation conditions, and customer expectations related to IDC hardware facilities in Saudi Arabia

Share feedback on:

• Common IDC facility coordination issues
• Hardware infrastructure integration challenges
• Customer-side requirement patterns

Support continuous optimization of SolutionMall's IDC infrastructure solution framework for the Saudi Arabia market

4) Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Data center infrastructure
• IDC hardware facilities
• Rack and cabinet systems
• Supporting power or cooling infrastructure
• IDC-related implementation or project coordination

Familiarity with:

• IDC / data center environments
• Rack systems and supporting infrastructure
• Physical hardware facilities inside server room or data center environments
• Cross-team technical coordination
• Project management and implementation support

Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly across project teams

Preferred Experience

• IDC hardware facilities projects
• Rack systems and cabinet deployment
• Power and cooling supporting infrastructure for data centers
• Physical infrastructure coordination for server rooms or data centers
• Modular or prefabricated data center facility projects

Languages

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Arabic is a strong advantage

5) Coverage

This role focuses on IDC and digital infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Project coverage may vary depending on business needs and project requirements.

This is a project-based role.
