Project Manager - Special Projects : Government Entity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and high-impact projects across various government and public sector domains
• Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and implementation strategies aligned with leadership priorities and organizational mandates
• Ensure project governance, risk management, and change control mechanisms are effectively applied throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment at all stages
• Provide project reporting and performance updates to leadership, highlighting progress, key risks, and dependencies
• Support the development of project frameworks, methodologies, and tools that enhance delivery capability across the Ideas Foundry team

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university; a master's degree is preferred
• 6–10 years of experience in project management, including strategic or transformation initiatives
• Experience from a global consulting firm or managing large-scale projects within the public sector or major organisations
• Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to adapt in a fluid environment and manage multiple workstreams
• Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivery within high-stakes environments
