The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, especially within the banking industry, and be fluent in Arabic. The position demands a high level of expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project risks, timelines, and resource management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience working in a single company with a consistent career trajectory.
- 10+ Years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience in project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Banking industry experience is a must.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
