MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

- Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
- LV & MV instrument transformers

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across departments to support project and organizational goals.
- Monitor and control the overall Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to achieve financial targets.
- Optimize capacity utilization and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution with requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational and project-related challenges to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure the timely submission of deliverables that meet or exceed quality and compliance standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a compliant and incident-free workplace.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize key operational and project data to prepare regular performance reports.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by monitoring KPIs and recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Develop and execute effective communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent updates to senior management, clients, and team members regarding project and operational status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Engineer, or a related field.
- 1015 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong understanding of operational management, project execution, and financial performance tracking (P&L).
- Capable of capacity planning, resource optimization, and efficiency improvement methods.
- Familiar with project management tools and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Excel dashboards, ERP systems).
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination capabilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
- Strategic thinking with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt), ISO 45001 / OSHA Safety Training, or equivalent.
